Verified by Visa provides added protection against card fraud when using your Northrim Bank Visa Check Card to shop online. This free, simple-to-use service confirms your identity with an extra password when you make an online purchase.
How it works
- Activate the Verified by Visa Feature – Click here to enroll your Visa Check Card in the Verified by Visa program. You can also enroll when you shop at participating online merchants.
- Shop Online– Once your card is activated, your card number will be recognized whenever you make a purchase at participating online stores. Simply enter your password in the Verified by Visa window at checkout and your identity will be verified to ensure a secure transaction. For merchants that are not yet participating in Verified by Visa, don’t worry, your Visa card will continue to work as usual. Click here for a full list of participating online merchants.
- Enjoy Enhanced Security – Enjoy added peace of mind. Activate Verified by Visa for all your Northrim Visa Check Cards.
