Northrim President and CEO Mike Huston is pleased to announce the following three new hires:
- Jesse Carlstrom, Business Development Officer
- Mason McFarland, AVP - Branch Manager, Eastside Community Branch
- Shep Delolli, Assistant Branch Manager, Float Pool
Carlstrom joined Northrim in April as Business Development Officer. Prior to Northrim, he specialized in business development and strategic customer relationships within Alaska’s transportation and logistics sectors. He has professional experience in tourism and Alaska resource development industries. Carlstrom holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Alaska Anchorage.
Also joining the Bank in April, McFarland brings 13 years of experience in financial and insurance services across Wyoming and Colorado to his position as Branch Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Finance from the University of Wyoming.
Delolli joined Northrim in March, bringing more than a decade of experience in retail and commercial banking. She is passionate about community involvement and volunteers as a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Alaska and teaches yoga at homeless youth shelters.
