Sy joined Northrim Bank in 2007 and has 23 years of experience in the banking industry. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Philippines and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School. Sy has been a volunteer for Junior Achievement, Habitat for Humanity and the advisory group for Multicultural Education Concerns Advisory Committee.

Anderson started at Northrim Bank in 2020 and has 25 years of experience in the financial industry. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication from Bethel University. A long time Alaskan, Anderson is a current board member of the Kodiak Economic Development Company, Kodiak Community Foundation, Special Finds and Kodiak Island Borough Board of Equalization.

Bradford has been with Northrim Bank since 2014 and has 20 years of experience in banking, from Retail Banking to Compliance. She is an active volunteer with family and teen homeless shelters, OCS, Junior Achievement of Alaska, Cook Inlet Housing Authority, Kids Corp, Seeds of Change, Fairview Elementary School and the Anchorage Chamber of Commerce.

Byrne joined Northrim Bank in 2020 and has 24 years of experience in the financial industry. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Alaska Anchorage. A life-long Alaskan, Byrne volunteers with the Juneau Rotary, Juneau Chamber of Commerce, the Southeast Conference, Ketchikan Chamber of Commerce, ATIA and is a board member of the University of Alaska Southeast business advisory board.

Gluck started at Northrim Bank in 2015 and has 35 years in commercial banking and credit administration. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Kissner has been with Northrim Bank since 2019 and has 17 years of experience in the financial industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Northwestern State University. A long time Alaskan, Kissner volunteers with the Midnight Suns Baseball Club on their board of directors and as an assistant coach. He is a member of the board of directors for Gamers Sports Travel as well.

Schnese started at Northrim Bank in 2009 and has 33 years of experience in the financial industry including lending, loan review and audit. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire. Schnese is also a Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Financial Services Auditor.

Smallwood has been with Northrim Bank since 2006 and has 28 years of experience in the financial industry. She has been in a leadership role for 16 years. A long time Alaskan, Smallwood is the Food Bank leader with Greater Friendship Baptist church collaborating with the Food Bank of Alaska for monthly food distribution.

Hsieh joined Northrim Bank in 2017 and has five years of experience in the financial industry. She holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from Queensland University of Technology and an Advanced Accounting Certificate from Santa Clara University. Hsieh volunteers with the RAIS program and the Tzu Chi Foundation. She received the Northrim Bank Customer First Service Award in 2018.

Loges started at Northrim Bank in 2001 and has over 20 years of experience in banking. She holds a PMP - Project Manager Professional Certification. Loges was born and raised in Alaska and received the Northrim Bank President’s Award in 2018.

Love has been with Northrim Bank since 2016 and has over 18 years of experience in the financial industry. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Maine. Love volunteers with Campfire and Fairview Elementary School.

Maycock joined Northrim Bank in 2018 and has 14 years of experience in the financial industry. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee.

Mariman joined Northrim Bank in 2000 and has 24 years of experience in banking. Most of her time at Northrim has been in Operations Support where she took a leadership role in 2019.

Sikeo came to Northrim Bank in 2010 and has over 12 years of experience in banking. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Computer Science from Charter College. Sikeo is a member of the Anchorage Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Group and volunteers with Cook Inlet Housing Authority. He served as a member of the US Army and the Alaska National Guard.

Teoh started at Northrim Bank in 2020 and has more than 10 years of experience in cyber, information security and technology risk management. He holds a Master’s degree in Technology Entrepreneurship.

Teoh is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).

Bush joined Northrim Bank in 2016 and has 21 years of experience in the banking industry. She holds an Associate’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health from the University of Alaska Anchorage. A long time Alaskan, Bush volunteers at Eagle River schools.

Pevan has been with Northrim Bank since 2019 and has seven years of experience in the financial industry. A lifelong Alaskans, he holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a Marketing concentration from the University of Saint Mary.

Northrim Bank also welcomes two new lenders in Ketchikan and Anchorage, Casey Campbell, VP, Loan Officer IV - Commercial and Eric Hamilton, AVP, Loan Officer IV - Commercial Real Estate.

Campbell joins Northrim Bank with six years lending experience in commercial and industrial as well as commercial real estate lending. A lifelong Alaskan, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Central Washington University. Campbell is a current board member of Seashare.

Hamilton comes to Northrim Bank with 12 years in the financial services industry, five of that in commercial lending. A lifelong Alaskan, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Concordia University in Portland, Oregon. Hamilton is a past member of Rotary and Chamber of Commerce in Juneau. He also coaches basketball teams at the Boys & Girls Club of Alaska and the ARC Rec league.
