Northrim Bank is proud to announce the promotion of two officers and welcomes two new employees. Northrim Chairman and CEO Joe Schierhorn is pleased to announce the following updates:
- Cody Beech, VP - Commercial Loan Officer, Anchorage
- Mary Castro, Special Credits Associate Officer
- Mira Pagcu, Assistant Branch Manager - Kodiak Financial Center
- Blake Rod, Commercial Loan Officer, Anchorage
Beech joined Northrim in April and has 16 years of experience in the financial industry in Alaska and California. She holds an MBA from Brandman University. Beech has participated in the annual Bike MS Bay to Bay and Clean Air Challenge events.
Castro has been with Northrim for 21 years and has 31 years of experience in the financial industry. She has been in the Northrim lending department for six years. Castro has received Northrim’s Customer First Service Award twice.
Pagcu started with Northrim in November 2022 with six years of experience in banking and is a Certified Financial Counselor.
Rod has been with Northrim since 2018 and has over eight years of experience in the financial industry in Alaska. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Minnesota State University Mankato. Rod volunteers at Fairview Elementary School through the School Business Partnership program.
