New Officers

Northrim Bank is proud to welcome two new employees. Northrim Chairman and CEO Joe Schierhorn is pleased to announce the following updates:

  • Melody Charlton, SVP — Compliance Director
  • Gerard Diemer, VP — Lending Systems Operations Manager
  • Kendra Loges, VP — Business Applications Manager
  • Delores Siah, VP — District Branch Manager
  • Diana Soliday, VP — District Branch Manager
  • Deanna Radich, AVP — Lending Compliance Manager

Charlton joined Northrim in January and has 38 years of experience in banking, including time as a Compliance Examiner for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland and an attorney for KeyBank. She holds a law degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. Charlton has previously volunteered with United Way, Junior Achievement and Girl Scouts. She currently is a facilitator for the American Bankers Association's Legal Foundations in Banking online courses.

Diemer started at Northrim in February and has over 37 years of experience in the financial industry. A longtime Alaskan, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Gonzaga University.

Loges has been with Northrim for a total of 16 years and has 16 years of experience in banking. She holds a PMP Certification from Project Management Institute.

Siah has been with Northrim since 2013 and has over 25 years of banking experience. She holds a State of Alaska Life Insurance license. Siah is a Northrim Customer First Service Award winner and a graduate of the Northrim Management Academy.

Soliday joined Northrim in 2006 and has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. She is on the board of directors for the Mat Su Food Bank and has been the coordinator for the Bank’s schools business partnership school, Mat Su Career and Technical High School for the past 12 years. Soliday is a Northrim Customer First Service Award winner, received the Northrim President’s award and is a graduate of the Northrim Management Academy.

Radich started at Northrim this month and has over 25 years of banking experience. She holds an MBA from the University of Southern Indiana and is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager. Radich volunteers with non-profits to help seniors, teaching card classes to the residents.
