Huston was hired as Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of Northrim Bank in 2017. He was appointed President and Chief Lending Officer in March 2022. Huston came to Northrim with over 25 years of experience that include time as Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer at First Interstate Bank in Billings, Montana. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Arizona State University and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School. He has been involved in many non-profit organizations and currently serves as Vice Chair of Housing Alaskans: A Public Private Partnership and is on the Executive Committee of the Anchorage Economic Development Corporation. Huston was awarded the Northrim Bank Chairman’s award in 2020.

Criqui has been with Northrim Bank since 2014, most recently as Executive Vice President, Chief Lending Officer. He has over 25 years of experience in banking throughout Alaska and the lower 48. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Emporia State University and is also a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School. Criqui is an active board member of the Resource Development Council for Alaska and the Providence Alaska Foundation. He was awarded the Northrim Bank President’s award in 2021.

Love has been with Northrim Bank since 2016 and has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Maine and is currently participating in the Northrim Management Academy. Love volunteers with Campfire and Fairview Elementary School.

MacKenzie started at Northrim 2019 as a Credit Analyst. She has over 11 years of banking and financial industry experience. She has a degree in Economics and Art History from Smith College in Massachusetts and an MBA from the College of William and Mary. MacKenzie was awarded the Northrim Bank President’s award in 2023.

Erdman began her banking career in Frankfurt, Germany before joining Northrim Bank in 2017. She continues to focus on her professional development and in 2023 she successfully completed the Northrim Bank Management Academy and was certified as an Accredited Payables Specialist with the Institute Of Finance and Management (IOFM). Erdman is volunteers with several community organizations. She received the Northrim Customer First Service award in 2021.

Mejia began her career with Northrim in February of 2021 as Mortgage Servicing Supervisor. She has many years of financial experience with a strong focus on mortgage servicing that includes over 11 years in management. Mejia holds a Bachelors of Elementary Education from Alaska Pacific University and completed the Northrim Management Academy in 2023.

Rod has been with Northrim since 2018 and has over nine years of banking experience in Alaska. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Minnesota State University Mankato. Rod volunteers at Fairview Elementary School through the School Business Partnership program.
