Text Banking

No internet access? No problem. Receive your account information via text message on your phone.

With Text Banking you can:

  • Receive account balances and recent transactions.
  • Set up text message alerts.
  • Access automated account information including current balances, transaction history and interest rates.

To use Text Banking, log in to Online Banking and set up your mobile device from the Mobile Banking Center tab.

 

Telebanking

This 24-hour service allows you to easily and quickly get deposit account information including check balances and transaction activity as well as transfer funds. It also provides loan balance, payment due date and payoff amounts. Northrim's Telebanking service is perfect for after business hours...or anytime when you need account information.

Text Banking and the Mobile App are free from Northrim Bank, but message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Customers must be enrolled in Northrim Online Banking to use the Mobile Banking App, Mobile Banking and Text Banking. To use the Bill Pay feature in the Mobile App and Mobile Banking you must have Bill Pay previously setup in Online Banking. Mobile Deposit service is for  Online Banking customers on your phone or tablet. Mobile Deposit is not available on the Kindle Fire mobile app. Mobile Deposit is subject to eligibility requirements as well as our Online Banking Agreement. Deposit limits and other restrictions apply. Deposits are subject to verification.
