United Way's Day of Caring
Northrim employees came through in a huge way during the United Way’s Day of Caring on September 14 at the Anchorage Pioneer Home.
This group enthusiastically tackled tasks such as interior and exterior painting; stored patio furniture; dismantled a canopy; completely reorganized and cleaned a kitchenette; cleaned all the tables and chairs in seven separate dining areas; washed a shuttle bus, a van, and a truck; painted a fence and a picnic table; organized and cleaned a storage area; rolled up and stored water hoses; mowed the grass; trimmed with a Weed Eater; organized cords and troubleshot computers in the computer lab; and helped residents play Bingo.
