Northrim News Northrim Bank Promotes Three to Branch Manager Positions Northrim Bank President and CEO Marc Langland announced that three employees have been promoted to manager positions: Lampert is AVP, branch manager at Northrim's Seventh Avenue Branch recently relocated into the Southeast corner of the new Linny Pacillo downtown Anchorage parking garage. She manages all daily branch operations. She has more than 17 years of banking experience, with the majority of that at Key Bank. She has been at Northrim for 1 ½ years. Smallwood is AVP, branch manager at Northrim's Customer Service Center. She is responsible for managing the production flow of incoming and outgoing calls to customers. She actively takes incoming calls on a daily basis and follows up on all Call Center questions, comments and requests. Smallwood has 13 years of banking experience and has worked at Northrim for nearly five years. Rennie is AVP, branch manager of the Huffman Branch, Northrim's only in-store branch which is located inside the Huffman Carrs grocery store. He is responsible for all daily branch operations including mentoring and developing staff as well as managing branch sales and customer relationships. He joined Northrim in 2006 and has more than 15 years of customer service experience spending the last six years in the financial services industry. He received a B.S. in Business Finance with a Minor in Economics from Montana State University. Rennie serves as a classroom consultant with Junior Achievement.
