Northrim Promotes Zins to SVP, Internal Audit Manager
Northrim Bank President Joe Beedle announced that Amber Zins has been promoted to senior vice president.

Zins is senior vice president, internal audit manager and is responsible for developing and overseeing the bank’s comprehensive audit plan. She manages the Internal Audit Department evaluating the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of business processes and related systems of controls for Northrim and ensures compliance with policies, laws, and regulations including those associated with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
Zins has more than five years of banking experience and teaches accounting classes as an adjunct professor for the University of Alaska Anchorage College of Business and Public Policy. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting from the University of Alaska Fairbanks. Zins is licensed both as a Certified Public Accountant and as a Certified Internal Auditor.
