Northrim Bank Promotes Three Officers

Northrim Bank President Joe Beedle announced that Latosha Dickinson, Heidi Moes, and Paula Sanders-Grau have each been promoted to vice president.



Dickinson

Dickinson is vice president, controller of financial reporting for the Accounting department. She is responsible for internal and external financial reporting including earnings releases, SEC filings, and the annual report. Dickinson also manages the accounting for the bank’s allowance for loan losses, investment securities, OREO property, equity compensation, income taxes, 401k plan and insurance benefits. She’s been with Northrim since 2006. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Masters in Accountancy from the University of Montana. Dickinson also holds a CPA license in the state of Alaska.


Moes

Moes is vice president, operations manager. She has more than 10 years of banking experience and has been with Northrim since 2001. Moes is responsible in overseeing daily operations of critical high profile deposit operations, including statement production and core computer operations.


Sanders-Grau

Sanders-Grau is vice president, commercial cash management officer. She manages a portfolio of sophisticated business clients and high value consumers in the Anchorage, Fairbanks and Wasilla regions. Sanders-Grau also oversees daily operational functions for the Commercial Cash Management department and is a bank liaison with the bank’s employee benefits affiliate, Northrim Benefits Group. She has more than 15 years of banking experience and is the president of the Alaska Jump$tart Coalition.
