How to apply online:

• The application period for the 2013 PFD is January 1, 2013 through March 31, 2013
• Apply for your PFD online at www.pfd.state.ak.us
• You can electronically sign your online application by registering with myAlaska
• For PFD questions email dor.pfd.info@alaska.gov

 How to request direct deposit:

• Same Account: If you want your or your child's dividend directly deposited into the same account as last year, select that option in the direct deposit section on the adult and/or child's PFD application 
• New Account: If you are changing your direct deposit to your Northrim Account, or you didn't request direct deposit last year and you would like to this year, select the New Account option and complete all the information requested
• Bank: Select BY for the Northrim Bank institution code
• Account Type: Select the appropriate option to identify if the account is checking or savings
• Account Number: Enter your account number in the space provided. On a paper application, your account number should be entered starting at the left side of the Account Number box. For example, if your account number is 987654321 enter your account as:
  
  You do not need to include the bank routing number
• Name on Account: On a child's application, indicate whose name (child or sponsor's) is listed on the account. If both the child and sponsor are listed on the account, select the Both option.
