Security Enhancements
We are committed to protecting your security online and are making the following security enhancements to Business Online Banking.
- When a change is made to your email address or password in Business Online Banking, you will receive an email notification alerting you of the changes made. For email address changes, notifications will be sent to both the new and old email address.
- The number of consecutive failed login attempts will be reduced from five to three. After three unsuccessful attempts the user will be locked out of the system. If you become locked out of the system, please contact Customer Service.
Online Statements are now available!
It's the convenient and secure way to access your bank statements anytime, anywhere. Plus, it’s FREE!
- Access your checking, savings and investment account statements securely through Online Banking
- Reduce the risk of identity theft and fraud by eliminating statement delivery by mail
- View, print and save up to 24 months of statements online¹
- Reduce clutter and time spent filing and shredding paper statements
- Available sooner than paper statements sent through the mail
- Receive automatic email notifications when your statement is available
It’s easy to stop paper delivery and switch to Online Statements.
Simply login to Northrim Online Banking and click on the Statements tab to begin the enrollment process.
